Employment Policy
NRG maintains a firm commitment to the ongoing development and implementation of fair and equitable employment practices in the workplace, free from discrimination and harassment.
In order to support this ongoing commitment, NRG has developed a suite of internal policies, procedures and practices to maximise the effectiveness of recruitment and selection activities to ensure NRG maintains a capable, safe and effective workforce.

- a broad spectrum of employment arrangements are available that provide optimum outcomes for employees and the business
- accurate and up to date employee relations information is retained and managed according to the business needs and privacy/legislative requirements
